Karjat is a town in Raigad district on the Central railway line and close to the Mumbai-Pune corridor, and it has become a weekend-home and second-home market. A Rustomjee Karjat listing and a Villas Karjat listing both describe plots and villas on about 55 acres, but we could not confirm either on the developer's website or on MahaRERA, and they appear to describe the same project.
