Cliff Tower at Mount Mary lists 4 and 5 BHK homes with two per floor and a RERA date of October 2030, and a portal lists a 4 BHK at about 2,506 sq ft carpet.
Balmoral Golf Links at Chembur lists a 4 BHK from ₹9.43 Cr in the developer's listing, with carpet areas of about 2,086 to 2,299 sq ft as quoted by a portal and a RERA date of about April 2030. Ocean Vista at Versova is a sea-facing tower where portals list 4 BHK homes at about 2,394 to 2,521 sq ft carpet. Ashiana at Juhu lists a 4 BHK at about 1,954 sq ft carpet.
At this price point the details that matter are views, floor height, parking and privacy. Ask for the floor plan, the number of homes per floor and the exact orientation of your unit, and compare sources before you compare features.

A four-tower campus beside a golf club, with larger campus amenities than a single-tower project.
