The Kasara project, marketed by the developer as Belle Vie or Belle Vue, is a gated plotted community in Thane district, announced in July 2024 on about 88 acres. Plot sizes of about 2,000 to 7,000 sq ft are quoted, with about 489 plots in the layout and a RERA number of P51700077224. A portal lists a 2,200 sq ft plot at about ₹71 L and a 5,000 sq ft plot at about ₹1.58 Cr, all-inclusive and indicative.
Svaasa, near Karjat, is described on portals as about 29 acres with more than 500 plots, but the developer's own website does not list it and its registration number could not be verified. The Karjat listings describe about 55 acres of plots and villas without a RERA number, and the Nagpur listing at Pardi is described only as plots with no sizes or price.
Plots are measured in plot area, not carpet area, and the price per square foot excludes the cost of building on it. Before you compare plots, compare the approvals, the layout, the infrastructure and the date by which roads, water and power will be delivered.
