Karjat is a growing second-home market for Mumbai buyers, with weekend retreats, plots and farmhouse communities along the roads to Matheran and Khalapur. Distances quoted by promoters vary; test the real journey from your area.
Svaasa is described by portals as a pre launch project at Bhilvale in Khalapur, near Karjat, with about 29 acres and more than 500 plots, and a registration number that we could not verify; the developer's own website does not list it yet. The other two listings describe about 55 acres of plots and villas without a RERA number.
