At Ozone Skye in Goregaon West, portals consistently list 2 BHK carpet areas of about 750 to 786 sq ft, with prices starting at about ₹2.5 Cr (sources vary between about ₹2.24 Cr and ₹2.63 Cr). At Sewri, a portal lists a 2 BHK at about 800 sq ft for about ₹3.36 Cr, with other portals starting at ₹3.59 Cr and ₹4.50 Cr, so the spread is wide.
Dombivli is the outlier on price: developer posts quote 2 BHK homes at about ₹59 L to ₹64 L, for homes in a phased township. The carpet area by type has not been published in a form we could verify, so we do not show one. That gap is a reason to ask for the unit's RERA carpet area and compare price per sq ft.
The right 2 BHK depends on whether you want a Mumbai address with higher cost per sq ft, or more space for the money further out. Commute, school and rental demand should drive that choice more than the brochure.
