Sewri sits on the Harbour line and the Monorail corridor, close to the Eastern Freeway and the start of the Atal Setu (the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link), and is known for its flamingo mudflats. For buyers, the draw is a faster route to Navi Mumbai and the south of the city, even though the surrounding area is still in transition.
A trade report places the launch in March 2026, with a gross development value of about ₹900 crore. Portals list about 195 to 200 homes in a single tower on about 1.5 acres, with carpet areas of about 800 sq ft for a 2 BHK and 1,050 to 1,350 sq ft for a 3 BHK. Prices on one portal run from about ₹3.36 crore to ₹5.67 crore; others start higher.
