Independent website

Rustomjee Upcoming Projects is an independent information website. It is not the official website of Rustomjee or Keystone Realtors Limited, and it is not operated by the developer. Rustomjee is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the projects we list.

Accuracy of information

We compile project details from the developer's published material, MahaRERA records where available and property portals. Details such as price, carpet area, possession date and availability change often and may be out of date or wrong. Where sources conflict we pick one value, label it as listed or indicative, and say so. Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee.

Images are illustrations

Photographs and renders on this site are illustrative. They are not the actual project, site, amenities or surroundings, and are labelled Illustrative image. Do not rely on them when deciding to buy.

Verify with RERA

Before you pay any money, search the project's registration number on the MahaRERA website and confirm the promoter, project name, location, carpet areas and proposed completion date. Where a number is shown as Not yet published, we could not confirm one.

No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. EMI figures are illustrations under stated assumptions. Speak to a qualified lawyer, lender or tax adviser about your own situation.

No payments

We do not accept bookings, deposits or payments of any kind, and no one at this website is authorised to ask for them. Pay only to the developer's RERA collection account against a receipt.

Third-party links and trademarks

Links to third-party sites are for convenience and we are not responsible for their content. All trademarks and brand names belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Please contact us if you notice an error.
